Afternoon Tea Perfection with Gluten Free Orange Cake

This gorgeous orange cake is the perfect treat for your next morning or afternoon tea event. Serve it up with a cuppa or a glass of refreshing kombucha.

Gluten Free Orange Cake

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Baking Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly for three minutes.
  • Pour mixture into a prepared tin, approx. 20cm x 10cm loaf.
  • Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 30 – 40 minutes.
  • Allow to cool in the tin before turning onto wire rack.
  • Serve as desired. Enjoy!

      Hi there Lina,
      The icing in the photo is a standard butter icing and doesn’t use healthy wholefoods.

      You can use orange juice instead of lemon if you’d prefer.
