Almond and Apricot Cheese Log

I love recipes that are just as easy as they are yummy! This recipe will wow your guests and have them coming back for more, whether they need to eat dairy free or not.

Almond and Apricot Cheese Log (Dairy Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 batch almond feta see other recipe
  • ½ cup almonds toasted and chopped
  • ¼ cup dried apricots chopped, sulphur-free
  • 6 fresh thyme sprigs de-stemmed
  • ½ tsp salt flakes

Instructions

  • 1. Mix the apricots, almond pieces, thyme, and salt flakes in a wide, flat dish together until evenly combined. Wet hands and press almond feta into a round shape.
  • 2. Press ball into almond and apricot mix until evenly coated. Use your hands to press the mixture into the cheese if needed.
  • 3. Serve immediately with crackers!
