  • 1 Blender


  • ½ pc Banana
  • ¼ cup Beetroot
  • 1 cup Strawberries or Raspberries
  • ¼ pc Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Date paste
  • ½ cup Coconut water
  • ¼ cup Ice
  • 3 tbsp Natural Yoghurt

  • Mix all of the ingredients using blender
