Chia Seed Pudding

Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • ¾ cup liquid**
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Mix everything together, ensuring there are no lumps
  • Pop in the fridge with a cover. After 10 minutes, stir well and pop in the fridge overnight (ideally).
  • Keeps for up to a week if covered

Notes

** liquid options
½ coconut cream + ½ water OR Coconut water or Almond milk (milk of choice)
Use at least 4x the liquid as you do chia seeds. More if using 100% coconut milk
