I’m wondering could you use hemp hearts instead of the powder? I have a packet to be used up
Hi Sarah! Good question. I wouldn’t think so, no. The 180 Nutrition hemp protein is a blend of Organic Cacao, Organic Hemp Protein, Organic Sprouted Brown Rice Protein, Organic Sprouted and Fermented Pea Protein, Organic Maca Root Powder, Organic Cacao, Organic Stevia. It behaves like a flour in this recipe. Although I haven’t tried making it with hemp hearts, I’m pretty confident the result would be different than intended. Let us know how you go though if you do make it! Laini x
