- ½ cup Plant Protein Superfood Chocolate 180 Nutrition Natural Organic
- ½ cup rice malt syrup
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup puffed rice
- organic raw chocolate melted, depends on your desired amount
Mix the first 3 ingredients together until completely combined.
Stir through the oats and puffed rice.
Press into a lined container or cake tin and let firm up in the freezer for 30 mins for easier slicing.
Top with chocolate after cutting into bars. Best stored in the fridge.
