Try this smoothie recipe for a great afternoon pick-me-up!

Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful creamy nuts I usually use cashews
- ⅓ small avocado
- 1 tsp cacao powder raw
- 1-2 drops peppermint essential oil
- ½ cup water
- Ice
- Cacao nibs & buckinis or goji berries to serve (optional)
Instructions
- Throw it all in a blender and blend until creamy then top with cacao nibs and buckinis or goji berries.
- To make buckinis, soak raw buckwheat for at least 12 hours, drain and lay on a lined baking tray.
- Cook for about 3 hours, or until crunchy, at 100°C.
