Frozen Mango Slush

My kids go crazy for these. They’re the perfect treat to send to school on summer days in an insulated food jar to keep it icy cold and thick. Don’t forget to pack a spoon! Or freeze these ahead of time in these cute reusable pouches from Sinchie!

Frozen Mango Slush

Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 food processor
  • Food jars


  • 1 bag Mango frozen
  • Ice
  • 1 pc Banana (Optional, to make the mango stretch further)
  • 1 pc Lime (Juice, optional but recommended)
  • Maple syrup (optional)


  • Mix all of the ingredients using the food processor.
  • Put the mixture in a food jar and let it freeze.


Optional boosters:
  • Avocado: for some hidden good fats
  • Cultured yoghurt: for a therapeutic dose of probiotics
  • Frozen cauliflower puree
  • Carrot
  • MCT oil
