Equipment
- 1 food processor
- Food jars
Ingredients
- 1 bag Mango frozen
- Ice
- 1 pc Banana (Optional, to make the mango stretch further)
- 1 pc Lime (Juice, optional but recommended)
- Maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients using the food processor.
- Put the mixture in a food jar and let it freeze.

- Avocado: for some hidden good fats
- Cultured yoghurt: for a therapeutic dose of probiotics
- Frozen cauliflower puree
- Carrot
- MCT oil
