FROZEN MANGO SLUSH

Frozen Mango Slush

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 4 serving

Equipment

  • 1 food processor
  • Food jars

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Mango frozen
  • Ice
  • 1 pc Banana (Optional, to make the mango stretch further)
  • 1 pc Lime (Juice, optional but recommended)
  • Maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients using the food processor.
  • Put the mixture in a food jar and let it freeze.

Notes

Optional boosters:
  • Avocado: for some hidden good fats
  • Cultured yoghurt: for a therapeutic dose of probiotics
  • Frozen cauliflower puree
  • Carrot
  • MCT oil
