Ingredients
- 250 g Gluten-Free Baking Banana Flour Natural Evolution Ultimate
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 30 g almond flakes or rolled oats
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 30 g linseeds
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g pumpkin seeds
- 30 g poppy seeds
- 30 g honey or rice malt syrup
- 50 g olive oil
- 500 grams lukewarm water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix very well. Thermomix/similar 2 ½ mins on interval kneading speed.
- Line regular bread tin with baking paper.
- Pour mixture into a tin and bake for 40-50 minutes until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack before cutting.
