Five Seed Bread

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour



  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix very well. Thermomix/similar 2 ½ mins on interval kneading speed.
  • Line regular bread tin with baking paper.
  • Pour mixture into a tin and bake for 40-50 minutes until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean.
  • Cool on wire rack before cutting.
  • Enjoy!
