Gluten Free Crepes

Prep Time: 15 minutes


  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ tsp Sweetener of choice (Stevia powder or Monk fruit powder)
  • 100 g Flour gluten-free
  • 15 g Butter melted
  • 1 cup Milk


  • 1. Whisk eggs
  • 2. Add sweetener and flour then mix
  • 3. Add melted butter, then milk (stirring until smooth)
  • 4. Ideally, let batter rest in fridge for an hour.
  • 5. Pour onto non-stick pan and swirl the pan around to spread thin.
  • 6. Flip when edges start to curl, or until lightly browned.


Gluten-free flour:
Equal thirds of Buckwheat flour, Tapioca flour, and Brown rice flour is a great go-to.
