Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ tsp Sweetener of choice (Stevia powder or Monk fruit powder)
- 100 g Flour gluten-free
- 15 g Butter melted
- 1 cup Milk
Instructions
- 1. Whisk eggs
- 2. Add sweetener and flour then mix
- 3. Add melted butter, then milk (stirring until smooth)
- 4. Ideally, let batter rest in fridge for an hour.
- 5. Pour onto non-stick pan and swirl the pan around to spread thin.
- 6. Flip when edges start to curl, or until lightly browned.
