Equipment
- food processor
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup dried mango
- ½ cup macadamias
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 3 tbs water
- ½ cup shredded coconut preservative free
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients in your food processor or thermomix and blend at high speed until sticking together when pressed.
- 2. Roll heaped teaspoons full of the mixture with damp hands then toss in coconut.
- 3. Place in fridge to set.
