- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup dried mango
- ½ cup macadamias
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 3 tbs water
- ½ cup shredded coconut preservative free
1. Put all ingredients in your food processor or thermomix and blend at high speed until sticking together when pressed.
2. Roll heaped teaspoons full of the mixture with damp hands then toss in coconut.
3. Place in fridge to set.
