Mango Macadamia Balls

Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup dried mango
  • ½ cup macadamias
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 3 tbs water
  • ½ cup shredded coconut preservative free

Instructions

  • 1. Put all ingredients in your food processor or thermomix and blend at high speed until sticking together when pressed.
  • 2. Roll heaped teaspoons full of the mixture with damp hands then toss in coconut.
  • 3. Place in fridge to set.
