Mixed Berry & Chia Jam

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 450 g mixed berries
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a sauce pan.
  • Simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes and mash.
  • Enjoy it fresh or chilled.
