Paleo Pizza Base

Want a paleo pizza recipe that actually stays together when you pick it up? This one’ll do the trick.

Paleo Pizza Base

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • In a bowl mix the flours, salt and rosemary together. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl whisk the eggs. Then add the coconut milk, apple cider vinegar and ghee, mix until combined.
  • Add the egg mixture to the bowl with the flours, stir thoroughly.
  • Spread the pizza mix evenly on to the prepared baking tray. It should be about 1/2 cm thick.
  • Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Remove, and add your toppings. Place back in to the oven for 10 minutes.

Notes

Tips
- You can make a plain base and use it for a party platter to dip into stuff.
- Serve with extra salt and oil if you like!
