Want a paleo pizza recipe that actually stays together when you pick it up? This one’ll do the trick.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups arrowroot starch or flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup coconut milk canned
- ¼ cup melted ghee or butter
- 1 tbs. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 4 eggs
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl mix the flours, salt and rosemary together. Set aside.
- In a small bowl whisk the eggs. Then add the coconut milk, apple cider vinegar and ghee, mix until combined.
- Add the egg mixture to the bowl with the flours, stir thoroughly.
- Spread the pizza mix evenly on to the prepared baking tray. It should be about 1/2 cm thick.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Remove, and add your toppings. Place back in to the oven for 10 minutes.

- You can make a plain base and use it for a party platter to dip into stuff.
- Serve with extra salt and oil if you like!
