Perimenopause Smoothie: Blueberry

  • 1 Blender


  • ½ cup Blueberries frozen
  • 1 pc Banana frozen
  • ½ cup Kale frozen
  • ¼ cup Cauliflower puree frozen
  • 1 cup Soy milk organic
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Date paste
  • 2 scoop PERIMENO Wholefood Smoothie Booster blend
  • 1 tsp MCT Oil optional


  • Mix all of the ingredients using a blender.


For Cauliflower Puree:
  • Kmart have a giant silicone ice cube trays that are the perfect size if you have a powerful blender
  • Optional: Extra veggies that will go unnoticed:
    • 1/8 Avocado
    • 1/8 Zucchini (frozen)

  • Rolled oats
  • Quinoa flakes
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Grass fed bovine collagen powder
  • Brazil nuts
  • Spray-free Hemp seeds
