Ingredients
- 1 pc Banana frozen
- ½ cup Kale frozen
- ¼ cup Cauliflower puree frozen
- 1 cup Soy milk organic
- ½ cup Water
- 3 tbsp Date paste
- 10 tsp Cacao Powder
- 2 scoop PERIMENO Wholefood Smoothie Booster blend
- 1 tsp MCT Oil optional
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients using a blender.

For Cauliflower Puree:
- Kmart have a giant silicone ice cube trays that are the perfect size if you have a powerful blender
- Optional: Extra veggies that will go unnoticed:
- 1/8 Avocado
- 1/8 Zucchini (frozen)

Yes it’s pretty great isn’t it. I’m personally undecided between this one and the blueberry version. Depends what mood I’m in!
