Pimp My Scramble

Making scrambled eggs? Pimp it baby! It’ll taste better, and it’ll take an already healthy meal and supercharge it. Once you’ve tried it once and like it, make a big batch of the Booster so you can have it on the ready for next time x 10 or 20! This is one way you can make life easier for yourself, while caring for your health. xx

Pimp My Scramble

Prep Time: 3 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 8 minutes


  • 2 eggs free-range / organic
  • 1 splash water
  • 1 tspn chicken broth paste Urban Forager (or 1 tspn dehydrated broth powder)
  • ½ tspn dulse flakes much less if using powder
  • ¼ tspn garlic powder
  • ¼ tspn turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch salt himalayan / sea salt / celtic / Murray River
  • 1 pinch black pepper to activate the turmeric


  • 1. Heat pan
  • 2. Add all ingredients together and whisk
  • 3. Pop butter into pan to melt
  • 4. Pour egg mixture into pan
  • 5. As the bottom cooks, move it gently around the pan until it's cooked and you have scrambled eggs!
  • 6. Optional: Use it as a topper on wholegrain toast with avocado.
