Probiotic Fruit Yoghurt

Probiotic fruit Yoghurt

Probiotic fruit Yoghurt

Prep Time: 10 minutes

  • 250 ml Probiotic yoghurt
  • 2 cup Fruit of choice (Try mango / mango + passionfruit / berries / banana - frozen is good but not necessary)
  • 1 squeeze of Lime
  • 1 Sweetener if needed (maple syrup, raw honey, stevia/monk fruit etc)

  • 1. Make your probiotic coconut yoghurt by following these dead-easy instructions. This yoghurt comes with a therapeutic dose of probiotics and is the only probiotic yoghurt I use. On its own it can be quite sour which is why I love to blend it with fruit.
  • 2. Whizz all the above ingredients together.
  • 3. Consider freezing them in these Sinchies reuseable pouches for school lunches. Our younger two kids LOVE 'em! Or freeze them in ice cream moulds for an after-school snack on a Summers day.
