Treat yourself to a salted caramel bliss ball post workout or as an afternoon pick me up with a cup of herbal tea. They are quite high in natural sugar so don’t eat the entire batch at once. 😉

Salted Caramel Bliss Ball Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 20 balls

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. You can chop the ingredients by hand if you don’t have a blender.
  • Form into balls and roll in shredded coconut.
  • Refrigerate for a couple of hours until firm. Enjoy!
