Treat yourself to a salted caramel bliss ball post workout or as an afternoon pick me up with a cup of herbal tea. They are quite high in natural sugar so don’t eat the entire batch at once. 😉
Who doesn’t LOVE salted caramel?

Servings: 20 balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews finely chopped
- 1 cup brazil nuts finely chopped
- ¼ cup shredded coconut save some for rolling
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 8 medjool dates pips removed
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. You can chop the ingredients by hand if you don’t have a blender.
- Form into balls and roll in shredded coconut.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours until firm. Enjoy!
