Tahini Walnut Cookies

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Baking Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes



  • Preheat oven to 160°C and line baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Roll into 12 balls, place on lined baking tray and press down lightly with back of fork.
  • Cook in middle of oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Cool on baking tray and store in airtight container.
