Ingredients
- 700 ml Passata sauce
- 1 Big carrot
- 1 Celery stick (leaves can be used too)
- 3 Mushrooms
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Brown onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Coconut sugar (any sugar)
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- 1. Blend until smooth.
- 2. Transfer to a fry pan and simmer for 5 mins.
- 3. Add 1 tbsp. of Balsamic vinegar and simmer for another 5 mins.
