Veggie Packed Pizza Sauce

Prep Time: 20 minutes


  • 700 ml Passata sauce
  • 1 Big carrot
  • 1 Celery stick (leaves can be used too)
  • 3 Mushrooms
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Brown onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Coconut sugar (any sugar)
  • ½ tsp Salt


  • 1. Blend until smooth.
  • 2. Transfer to a fry pan and simmer for 5 mins.
  • 3. Add 1 tbsp. of Balsamic vinegar and simmer for another 5 mins.
