Kate’s Watermelon, Mint + Feta Wreath

When you can wow your Christmas table with something that takes 5 mins to prepare, I’m all in! This is a beautiful, summery Christmas must and will please even the fussy kids.

Watermelon, Mint + Feta Wreath

Prep Time: 10 minutes


  • 500 g watermelon
  • ½ cup almond feta crumbled, (roughly ½ serving of recipe)
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1 lime 1 large or 2 small
  • 2 cups rocket
  • Salt and Pepper


  • 1. Chop watermelon into bite sized pieces.
  • 2. Add rocket to plate in a circle shape.
  • 3. Top with pieces of watermelon, arranged in a circle.
  • 4. Finely slice ½ of the large lime, or halve and slice one small lime. Arrange lime slices amongst watermelon.
  • 5. Crumble over almond feta, a teaspoon at a time. The almond feta can be made up to 3 days in advance. The recipe is linked above.
  • 6. Season with a few grinds of salt and black pepper, and squeeze the other ½ of the lime over the top to season.
  • 7. Finely slice mint leaves and sprinkle over the top.
