Combine melted coconut oil with cacao powder and maple plus a dash of vanilla in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Then roughly chop mixed nuts.
Line a loaf tin or similar with greaseproof paper, add half the nut mix and mixed dried fruit.
Pour over half choc mix, add remaining nuts and remaining choc and you’re done!!
Pop it in the fridge first for an hour or two and then you’re done!
I chop mine into about 30 or more pieces and only need 1 to get my chocolate hit, it’s scrumptious.
